Nightingales kick started their new enquiry unit of Our Local Area by taking a trip to the Glebe Land just outside of school. An amazing turnout for Easter Bingo organised by the PTA. Thank you to everyone who contributed eggs, came along to enjoy the fun, Lynne our Bingo Caller and especially the PTA Members who made it an enormous success. We were able to use the new speaker and mic funded by the PTA too! Learning together for life in all its fullness.
Falcons took the new Phizzi Science equipment outside to explore how to create circuits using different electrical components. They finished as a class exploring using an energy stick, posing lots of science questions including how big they could make the circle of children to keep the circuit going and even exploring using faces and feet too!
