Fire

The fire is crackling with the soft sound of the wind,
Like the tapping of a beat.

The twisting and the turning swaying up and down,
Gradually growing like a flamenco dress ablaze.

Fingers are now flickering as the embers rise
effortlessly towards the night sky.

The flames die down as the song comes to a stop,
The fire dance is over and now only ashes, embers and memories remain.

HAIL STORM

Hail has needle-sharp nails
Like Tabby Cats scratching at the back door,
Sinking into your delicate skin.

Hail has a dagger-like stab
A biting Hyena,
Its harsh teeth piercing your body.

Hail is mind-blowing
Like furious Lamas,
Spitting insane drops of ice.

Hail is ancient
He's wicked yet strange,
He's ugly and vicious,
With an army of devilish drops of hell
He sends troops down to earth clearing the streets below.

Hailstones are angered bees

Hailstones are angered bees
That buzz repeatedly.
They furiously pelt
Towards their victims.

Bouncing on the darkened windows,
They won't stop
Until they reach their enemies,
Until they hear pain.

They sting their antagonist.
They shoot one by one,
Hitting the innocent passing by,
Harming the heads of the young.

Hailstones swarm from a dark grey sky,
Stinging all that they hit.
It will stop soon.
You know their life is short.

They have moved further south
And the sun has come out at last.
Soon it will be Spring
With green trees, flowers and bees.

The Inferno Fox

A spark leaped like a cunning Fox,
Gracefully descending to a piece of bark,
It slowly grew a great bushy tail,
It flared.

The flame gnawed on an old oak, tearing away flesh,
Reaching for the bone,
It charred each log and destroyed each tree,
Hollowing an evil laugh.

Birds and squirrels where caught by the blaze,
Becoming more carcases for the hungry animal,
Thrashing its great tongue, taking more innocent lives,
The habitat was destroyed.

The fire was destroying everything,
The wood was on its knees,

God was full of hatred and fury,
So he sent the murderous rain…
