International Pages - Swiss Students

Each year St. Aldhelm's School hosts student teachers from a training college in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland. The students work in classrooms teaching in English as well as teaching our children something of life in Switzerland.

Their college, the Padagogische Maturitatsschule Kreuzlingen, is in the Thurgau region of the country where German is the predominant language. However, the students speak German, French and English. Some even speak a little Italian as well.

Our pupils get the opportunity to meet people from abroad, learn about life in another country, and realise that it is good to learn foreign languages.
