Dear Parents,

 

Once again we would like to give you the opportunity to make an appointment to discuss your child’s progress with the class teacher.   We are therefore holding consultations next week at the times specified below.

 

Parent-teacher consultations are very important to us since we can find out what you think in terms of your child’s progress, as well as give you up to date information.   By placing these consultations in Term Four there is still time for us all to act as a result of the discussions.

 

Please sign up for an appointment by using the clipboards located outside the school office.

 

I have reminded teachers of the need to run to time, as a matter of courtesy to other parents and so that we are fair to everyone.   This means that, should you wish to discuss something at length, the teacher will ask you to make a second appointment to ensure others are not kept waiting for too long.   I hope you understand why this is important.
