School Attainment - End of KS2 data report

It is a statutory requirment for schools to publish their end of Key Stage 2 data, showing the attainment achieved and progress made by children in the school by the time they reach the end of Y6.

The DfE introduced new assessment measures in 2016, to tie in with the new national curriculum and associated 'raised expectations'. Results from 2016 and later years are therefore not able to be directly compared with previous years.

2018 Writing was externally moderated as part of Somerset moderation cycle

2017 Individual children’s underperformance in Maths affected the overall percentage of children meeting the expected standard across all three subjects.

Improving attainment in Mathematics has been a core focus of our School Improvement Development plan for 2016 – 2019.
